Kevin J. Donahue, MAI, Joins OPC to Form a New Appraisal Group |

Kevin J. Donahue, MAI has been appraising properties since 1986 and is a highly respected appraiser throughout California. Overland, Pacific & Cutler is forming an Appraisal Group and is proud that Mr. Donahue has chosen to come on board to manage this integrated segment of OPC’s real estate services. Together with staff appraiser Damian Santucci, the appraisal group will work out of the office in Irvine, California.
Mr. Donahue’s appraisal experience has involved commercial, industrial and residential properties that include transportation corridors, commuter rail stations, public utility easements, affordable housing projects, school sites and numerous projects involving rights of way and eminent domain. Other areas of appraisal expertise include construction defect, estate tax planning, marital dissolution and various real property litigation matters.
