OPC adds Utility Coordination with the recent addition of Tom Donavan |

Besides Right of Way Acquisition and Relocation Assistance, Overland, Pacific & Cutler now provides Utility Coordination. OPC has recently brought on Thomas Donovan as a Project Manager to head up this new division.
Mr. Donovan brings 25 years of experience with Caltrans to OPC. His most recent responsibility at Caltrans was as Headquarters Utility Relocation Reviewer and Statewide District Utility Liaison. His staff includes two of OPC’s Project Managers – Diana Staudinger and Patricia Reed. |
