OPC has provided interim property management for almost 30 years, but with the addition of Paul Strader, RPA, we have expanded our Property Management capability to manage any type of real estate.
Mr. Strader’s experience with Los Angeles World Airports, Los Angeles Unified School District and his work with Trammel Crow, enable him to manage and staff large scale public and private projects. His expertise allows OPC to offer Asset Management with a true understanding of the fiscal, physical and administrative processes that make up long term strategic planning for real estate. |
