PSINET Route A, On-Call Right of Way Services - California
Overland, Pacific & Cutler secured upgraded easement rights and perfected prescriptive rights needed to allow Edison to lease fiber optic lines commercially. OPC was retained by Southern California Edison as their on-call provider, acquiring utility easements, permits and crossings for various projects.
Luz International
Kramer Junction Project - California
Overland, Pacific & Cutler acquired and assembled approximately 5,000 acres for a solar energy and transmission facility in the Kramer Junction area. The parcels were basically contiguous, and the owners were widespread across the country. This successful assembly was accomplished totally on a voluntary basis and within a short time period. The properties varied in use from vacant desert and residentially improved to agricultural lands.
Sprint PCS
Rancho Santa Fe Micro Cell Project - California
Overland, Pacific & Cutler provided title research and due diligence to assist Sprint PCS in locating easements for 37 proposed micro cell locations in San Diego County. We provided coordination and communications between SDG&E and Pacific Bell/Telco regarding the ownership of existing and proposed pole locations and secured documentation relative to the street right of way and public utility rights.
City of Clearlake
Olympic Drive Underground Utilities - California
Overland, Pacific & Cutler was selected by the City of Clearlake to acquire public utility easements for underground utilities. The project consisted of several commercial parcels within a 2 block area. The easements were acquired for underground utilities, transformers, distribution boxes and other necessary above ground appurtenances.

Water Systems Due Diligence & Right of Way Acquisition - Multiple States
Overland, Pacific & Cutler, Inc. researched well systems in 12 different Texas counties to determine the status of Sanitary Control Easements as mandated by TNRCC. Our research identified over 300 easements to obtain of which 111 were acquired within a three-month period. Our scope of work included an investigation of water wells and creating a real estate inventory of over 2,000 water systems in Texas, Virginia, North Carolina, Florida and the Northeast United States. Our scope also included obtaining water line easements, the acquisition of sanitary control easements, the sale of abandoned well sites, title searches, title curative, research, database input, reconciliation and other related real estate services.
