Hermosa Village - California
The Jeffrey-Lynne neighborhood is comprised of 31 acres and over 700 apartment units which were constructed in the late 1950s through 1960s. Due to the serious decline of the physical and social fabric of the community, major revitalization efforts were necessary to restore the community while preserving affordable housing.

Overland, Pacific & Cutler provided relocation assistance services for the Hermosa Village (Jeffrey-Lynne) revitalization and development project. This project was for the Related Companies of California and the Southern California Housing Development Corporation in cooperation with the Anaheim Redevelopment Corporation & the Anaheim Housing Authority. This multi-agency project involved over 40 permanent displacements and 273 temporary displacements.
Volunteers of America
Various Projects
Overland, Pacific & Cutler has been selected by Volunteers of America to develop, plan and implement temporary and permanent relocation projects throughout the nation. Some projects have involved complete program development and implementation while others have included training property management staff to implement, with audits and "troubleshooting" throughout the term of the project.

Some of the projects completed include the award winning Lord Tennyson project in Hayward, California, which involved both temporary and permanent relocation services for this HUD financed tax-credit project; the 242 unit Sunset Park Apartments in Colorado which were occupied by seniors and residents with special needs; the Greenbriar Apartments in Sacramento, California, which included many Russian speaking residents in the 252 unit project; the Knollwood Apartments in Michigan which involved both temporary and permanent relocations. OPC has also assisted VOA with project planning on the Banneker Heights project in Delaware, Palomar apartments in Chula Vista and the Senior Citizen Low Income Housing Project in Long Beach.
