Overland, Pacific & Cutler acquired 179 properties for an open water run-off and storage facility for the District. These owners resided throughout California, the United States and Europe. The majority of the parcels were undeveloped, while a few parcels were residentially improved which required relocation assistance. This project was completed on an extreme fast-track basis, and OPC met all of the client’s expectations and goals.

Overland, Pacific & Cutler acquired approximately 300 parcels for a levy improvement project in the Stockton area. The majority of the subject properties were agriculturally improved and/or rural uses. This project required a timely assemblage in order to complete the necessary improvements. OPC completed the acquisition project within the time frame and within budget. Our firm has provided services to the SJAFCA since 1995.

OPC provided acquisition services for the Turlock Irrigation District. We coordinated and managed the right of way acquisition process for this project. The affected properties consisted mostly of mining and agricultural properties.

Overland, Pacific & Cutler acquired over 100 parcels, both in fee and as easements for designed areas. For areas still in the design stage, OPC acquired permits to enter for survey and study purposes. Close coordination with SAFCA and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers was required.

Overland, Pacific & Cutler acquired right of way for 37 parcels for the Victor Valley Interceptor Line in Apple Valley. The acquisitions consisted of both fee takes and easements, including acquiring easements within existing easement areas. OPC acquired both residential and commercial properties. We also acquired 4 sub-regional treatment plants for the Victor Valley Wastewater Reclamation Authority.
