Overland, Pacific & Cutler has the real estate expertise to perform Site Location Studies for a broad range of uses. With general parameters identified, OPC will identify suitable sites for municipal or commercial uses, school construction or other facilities. The next phase of this process is our due diligence on selected sites to determine the ultimate suitability or feasibility for the intended use. OPC has completed hundreds of these studies for public and private projects including sites for schools, parking lots, bus yards, maintenance facilities, retail uses, parks, post offices and community centers.

Our due diligence teams will provide a concise synopsis of acquired properties or rights of way in conjunction with curative work to assure that proper title has been (or is being) conveyed. OPC will provide the client with title review and analysis along with user-friendly property and right of way inventories for governmental agencies, utility and energy companies.
