OPC has been delivering right of way and related services for 40 years for projects that enhance quality of life: widening roads, highways, and freeways, making intersections, bridges, and overpasses safer, creating new modes of mass transit, providing affordable housing, bringing in new (and enhancing old) utility systems, and so much more. Without the services we provide, these improvements would never happen.
Knowing the importance of what we do makes us love coming to work each day. We see being a great company as the starting point, not the endpoint. We constantly innovate and improve our services in creative, unexpected ways, incorporating needs and suggestions articulated by our clients – that set new standards for our industry.
OPC cares about our environmental footprint. With a goal to help minimize our environmental impact, OPC implemented “OPC Going Green” in 2009, establishing a firm-wide goal of reducing waste. Our accounting practices shifted to 80% electronic documentation, our offices moved to recycled paper (whenever possible), and we implemented recycling programs at each location.
OPC’s Corporate Headquarters is a LEED-certified building with natural lighting, trash recycle bins, water efficient plumbing, and other features set in place to minimize energy and resource use.
