OPC welcomes Ben Ward, SR/WA, as Senior Program Manager
Join us in welcoming OPC’s newest Senior Program Manager, Ben Ward!
Based out of the TranSystems Fort Lauderdale office, Ben represents a giant leap for our right of way practice into Florida and the Southeast Region. Ben has many projects under his belt with Florida DOT Districts 3, 4 and 6 and other state DOTs.
As a real estate management professional and licensed Broker in four states, Ben has led nationwide right of way groups on public infrastructure and private real estate projects throughout his 37-year career. He has proven experience in managing right of way contracts for state and local agencies involving acquisition negotiations for a variety of land interests.
Moreover, Ben brings to OPC and the broader TranSystems organization his acquisition experience along with his knowledge of relocation assistance programs and property management. Over the years, he has served as an in-field agent, program/division manager, and project manager. He is active in IRWA and maintains a leadership reputation both in IRWA and with clients throughout the US.

In his free time Ben and his wife, Mary, enjoy volunteering for local South Florida charities and civic organizations. They also love traveling, camping in their RV, or just spending time at the beach in Jupiter, Florida.
