PEOPLE ON THE MOVE

OPC is pleased to welcome our newest Senior Project Manager, Shoua Lee to our team!

Shoua comes to OPC from a real estate project management background focused on transportation and infrastructure project delivery. She has spent the past five years working on the California High-Speed Rail Program as part of the Cordoba Corporation team developing and implementing QA/QC policies and procedures for Right of Way and Third Party Agreements. Through her experience as the Associate Deputy Director of Real Property on the program, she became an expert in State and Federal regulatory requirements. Shoua also brings proven expertise in quality control and process improvement related to all aspects of right of way, including utility relocation, road and rail facilities, coordination with oversight agencies, and environmental mitigation.

While based in Sacramento, Shoua will manage client relationships that extend beyond OPC’s Northern California region. Shoua has her Master’s Degree in Business Administration and is a Certified Financial Educator (CFE) and licensed insurance agent. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, bass fishing, and reading leadership books.
