Allied Argenta routinely calls upon OPC to prepare Relocation Plans for their housing rehabilitation projects. The majority of these projects are funded with Low Income Housing Tax Credits and HOME funds.
OPC provided a Relocation Plan for the Fircrest Project in Beaverton. The Fircrest Manor Apartments involves the rehabilitation of an affordable housing apartment complex with 12 one and two-story buildings, with a total of 59 apartment units. The units serve occupants whose incomes are no greater than 60 percent of the area median. The proposed rehabilitation will include interior, exterior, and site work.
