Before a highway can be built, before pavement can be laid – land must be selected, cleared, and prepped. OPC is excited to be part of project teams that are laying the groundwork for our nation’s highways and infrastructure. Together with Parsons we managed the right of way services for the Centennial Corridor Improvement Project for the City of Bakersfield. OPC handled project management, acquisition, relocation assistance, appraisal review, right of way engineering, environmental investigations, and property management. for the $720 million project.
