OPC prepared the relocation plan for the application to the Arizona Department of Housing for 9% Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), and to the City of Phoenix for HOME funds. The proposed rent structure provides affordable housing for households with incomes at or below 40, 50, and 60 percent of Area Media Income (AMI).

The use of HOME funds required us to conduct the relocation of the residential occupants in accordance with the URA and HUD Handbook 1378. OPC completed relocation of nine residential occupants.
