NFI acquired and redeveloped a former office complex located in downtown Tucson with plans to use it for a hotel project. They used a HUD CDBG loan to finance the project. The hotel project is part of a revitalization in Downtown Tucson.
The outcome of the project, Cedar Crossing, is minutes away from the Encanto Light Rail Station in Central Phoenix, close to jobs, shopping, and the best cultural, art and dining hot-spots in the valley. Cedar Crossing’s 74 affordable apartments consist of studio, one, two and three bedroom layouts.
