OPC was selected as a R/W consultant to the Town of Gilbert on an on-call basis. We have since been awarded three task orders, including services in support of Maricopa Association of Governments (MAG) roadway capital improvements.
Germann Road/Gilbert Road to Val Vista Drive. The $22M capital improvement project along Germann Road between Gilbert Road and Val Vista Drive involves a plan to widen the street to six lanes with a median. The Town of Gilbert retained OPC for acquisition of fee and easements for 17 parcels along the right of way.
Lindsay Road Improvements/Pecos Road to SR202. The Lindsay Road project is a $12.5M capital improvement program to improve the road from Pecos Road to SR202. OPC provided acquisition of fee and easements for eight (8) parcels in Gilbert, AZ.
Heritage District Parking Garage. Designed by BWS Architects, Gilbert’s $14M parking garage in the Heritage District will open in early 2019. The new garage will provide over 600 spots, including plug-in electric car hookups. The 1.2-acre multi-story parking lot project required land acquisition, which OPC performed under our on-call contract.
